Buzzing Noise

    I'm getting a very annoying buzzing noise during calls which comes and goes. Its like the type of noise when your phone is near a speaker. Phone is just out of warranty. Is anybody having the same problem? It's a 8gb Iphone 3G.:(

    phone might be grounded? have you tried draining the battery then charging it again?

    I've drained the battery and its still happening. Would insurance cover the cost of repair? Seems to be speaker as when I switch it to louspeaker I cant hear the buzz?

    have it replaced in any o2 shop or call apple. really dont know the procedure

    Unfortunately the apple warranty has expired but I took out the insurance. I'll call into the O2 shop tomoorow
