    I take it you mean the VLC? You need to apply to Shannon for a new one, AFAIK it costs €12.

    Can you download it from the site? Dont know how long to get it back, they are a bit slow there up in Shannon.

    yep its 12euro for it and took bout 4 weeks for mum to get hers back
