Problems renaming files

I'm sure there's an easy solution to this. I'm having trouble renaming a couple of files. When I click on the name it doesn't become editable like other files. If I try to do it in Get Info, the name is greyed out. Any ideas?

when you click Get Info, go to the bottom of that panel and see what permissions you have for that file. it should say "You can read and write" if it doesnt then you can change it there
