    Well folks,
i was interested in purchasing a cattle/bull feeder similar to the O'Neils system. Does anyone have experience with these? Would be feeding up to 20 cattle at a time for finishing, and just using it as a storage bin for winter.
    Anyone have ideas, pictures etc?
    Thanks.

How about one of these from JFC in Galway.

You can lift it onto a regular trailer (if you have the forks) and move it around. I'm sure it would be a lot cheaper too. I was interested in one myself recently. I bought 1/2 tonne bags of barley and was thinking of storing the meal in these.
So far the rats have been happy with the poison bait so I haven't followed it up.

Would like to hear the price if anyone knows.

I have an O Neill ad lib... very handy and would strongly reccommend a system like this if you are feeding meal, makes life a lot easier. But reckon you could get a "rougher version" for a lot less.

ive seen these feeders around with some beef farmers.
arent they automatic and do the have pull out troughs?.
i think there was a plainer type one in the journal classifieds a few months ago made in northern ireland.
