Some things girl's go for....

Looks... Most girls have a perticular look that they find attractive, but it's subjective, Athletic, stubble, long hair, a bit chubby, cheekbones, nice ass.. whatever. Girls are just as shallow on looks as men but they generally have a broader spectrum of what they consider attractive personally.

Confidence... Some is a must, but too much and you can come across as a díck..
This is a bit of a fine line and something you'd have to judge quickly with the girl.

Sense of humor... All girls like a guy who can make them laugh, But be careful not to take it too far and fall into her "Clown" mental box.

Appearance... Be well dressed, whatever style you're going for try to do it well..
Eg, objective is a rocker girl who likes the jeans and hoody thing on guys, Don't wear a my little pony hoody.. Likewise if you're after some madly fashion obsessed girl who spends E500 every second month on a new pair of shoes, an E8 pennies shirt probably wont cut it.
If you're comfortable and think you look good in what you're wearing, it'll show through in your confidence.
Keep an eye on the hair, have clean hands, don't have tomato sauce dripping down your chin.. ya know the basics.

Dont stink.. a bit of natural man smell can be ok, so can a bit of colone / your preferred smelly stuff. But go too far on either and chances are you're buggered. A girl noticing a subtle smell they like can have a pretty good effect.

When your talking to the girl... Actually talk to her.. Not at her boobs or ass, or in a way that you just want to bust a nut over her later..
Try actually having a conversation. You might even get on with her..
