cant make collection

Hi wednesday is the day of collection but at the end of the month i will be away for a few days and wouldnt be able to collect until the monday, i know the post office only hold until 48/72 hours looking to know who to contact, the welfare office or let the post office know??? Thanks

You go to the welfare office and inform them before you gio, they will suspend your payment and when you get back go back into them to tell them and they will issue it for you then.
