Structural survey - any comeback?

    need some advice.
    bought a house about 7 years ago which was built in the 70s.got a survey done which said all was in good nick.she obviously didnt look too hard as three of the roof beams are split and propped up with bits of timber.the beams are also only 70mm x 40mm.the roof now has a big dip in it and leaks.have i any comeback against the surveyors as im sure they will say its new damage.any advice:confused:

    The statute of limitations may have expired after 6 years. You need to talk to a solicitor ASAP.
