Lock Replacement/Repair? Ford Fiesta

My mother is having trouble with the locks on her 98 Fiesta, sometimes they won't open or are sticky. This seems to be a common problem on the Fiesta.

A bit of research makes me think getting a good locksmith to service the lock will ok the problem. Main dealer wants €90/hour labour plus cost of replacement parts

Anybody know of anyone (pref Dublin area) that could recondition the locks or replace at a reasonable cost?

    Thanks in advance

They might just need some grease, one of the rear doors on my Fiesta was hard to open so I just jammed some grease in the lock mechanism and it seems much better now.
