Recommend a restaurant and good pub in Belfast city centre.

    Hi Folks.

On my way North of the Border in the next few weeks. I’m staying the night while up there and would really appreciate tips on really nice restaurant.
Unfortunately I had hoped to book the Mourne Sea food Restaurant, but they are booked out.

Raspberry Hard on gave me a link to a great website http://www.viewbelfast.co.uk/restaurants.aspx
But can anyone recommend one of these considering we’re only in Belfast for the one night!!
Apartment seems nice but is it more nightclub than restaurant http://www.apartmentbelfast.com/venue.aspx

    Bourbon also looks good http://www.bourbonrestaurant.com/home.html
I’m not necessarily looking for a young crowd, just a restaurant with good food and a pulse and a good vibe.

Afterwards we’ll probably head out for zrinkz so must see pubs would be a plus.

I like a nice classy joint thats not full o' knobs

    Thanks in advance folks.....

    For pubs try Laverys
For food try Made in Belfast
    Both from www.belfastbar.co.uk

Tedfords is another fish restaurant not unlike Mourne Seafood bar, although it's expensive (but really good food!)

Darcy's may not be booked: http://www.darcysbelfast.co.uk/
or there's a little restaurant beside it called Drennans http://www.drennans.co.uk/

Bars: Duke of York, John Hewitt, or Laverys like Magnus says.....

If it's seafood you're after try Deanes Seafood Bar.
