I'd like to get someone a gift voucher for this... but can't seem to find any site who let you buy one. Or buy them credit. Can anyone recommend one please? Thanks!

How about one of those 3V or similar prepaid credit (debit?) cards, that might give you the flexibility you're looking for? Though the recipient then might spend the money on the card on another item....
