    Hi all,

My fella slipped out the font door on me this morning. Just as I saw him he had just taken a bite out of another dogs poo. It has been a week since he had his last round of shots at 12 weeks. Should I be concerned?:confused::confused:

Yikes! I think it depends on the vaccinations you received from your vet. Usually they are covered from a week to 10 days after the final vaccination. Maybe ring your vet to ask their advice?

It's peace of min for the price of a phone call :)

Gave the vet a ring. I was told not to worry, he should be fine. Maybe he's trying to tell me something about the food I feed him :D

My main concern about this would be worms, perhpas worm your dog just to be sure he doesn't have any (ie. to make sure he didn't pick any up from the poo). If, at any point, in the next few days he seems out of sorts or has a dodgy belly, bring him to the vet - better safe than sorry! I wouldn't worry though, should be fine.
