    Hi all,
What price would be considered a good price to finished floor level including ground work for a 2000m2 two storey?Would 15k be in and around correct?

    Thanks

Its almost ipossible to answer that without knowing the site.

If the site isn't level then you could have a lot of groundworks required, and even in certain cases you will need to get additional structural support because of poor drainage or deep bedrock etc.

Best to get an engineer or builder to advise you.

What shape is the building? What is the footprint? What are the maximum dimensions?

Every site is different but with a 1,000 sqft rectangular footprint, flat site for groundworks, floor level c.300mm above formation level, no underfloor heating pipework. Floor level should be achieved for about €12,000. imo,
