    hi

Please download exeHelper to your desktop.
    • Double-click on exeHelper.com to run the fix.
    • A black window should pop up, press any key to close once the fix is completed.
    • Post the contents of log.txt ( Will be created in the directory where you ran exeHelper.com )
Note : If the window shows a message that says "Error deleting file", please re-run the program before posting a log - and post the two logs together ( they will both be in the one file ).

Try malware bytes anti malware, it might fix it for you.. click on the free version on the side of the page http://www.malwarebytes.org/mbam.php

also run app remover and see can it remove any rouge anti virus software http://www.appremover.com/opswat-appremover-thoroughly-remove-your-security-applications actually remove anything it finds.

also download avast free edition and when it asks you do you wish to run a boot scan at start up say yes and restart the computer. http://www.avast.com/eng/download-avast-home.html

doing these 3 things in the order i've given you and it should help..

Have you tried installing an anti-virus program, through a different computer, on an external flash drive and then letting it run when you plug it into the infected pc?

    Might be worth a shot.

    try this

Please save this file to your desktop. Double-click on it to run a scan. When it's finished, there will be a log called Win32kDiag.txt on your desktop. Please open it with notepad and post the contents here.

this sounds alot like what i have on my computer at the moment. it is a fake antivirus program called antivirus pro. it launches as soon as you turn on the computer and basically slows down/hijacks your programs and tries to get you to buy a full version of itself online to get rid of the fake viruses it says you have. having done some searching on the net this morning (at work!) most sites are saying that you will have to disable the program through task manager first then run an anti malware program. you might have to download a tool to open task manager as this bugger stops you from opening this too:mad:. anyway i have yet to try this when i get home this evening but if anyone here has come up against this malware i would appreciate any help/info.

the malware bytes I mentioned above and app remover, you may need to download them onto a usb drive or cd and run them from that, I think that's how I got rid of anti virus pro.
When using appremover remove all anti virus also run it again for failed anti virus instillations..

try installing avast free anti virus or microsoft security essentials when you have all the other anti virus removed, again you may need to put them on a usb drive or cd until you get rid of anti virus pro.
