Hey All, I know everyone is probably sick of thinking or talking about it, but does anyone know roughly when the new claims come through. I applied the last week of August and recieved a confirmation letter on 14th September. Would be nice to know when I could be expecting it.. Any help...

At least you got a confirmation letter. I rang my local one a few weeks ago and they said it was still being processed

I still don't understand why I have to go through the system again as I have been receiving a grant since first year, in fourth now and there has been no change in my circumstances...

In answer to your question, go into the admin and see what the schedule is for grant payments.
