Lens advice

Sorry to be posting another 'shopping help' thread, but I'm looking for a lens and you guys are likely the best people to ask.

I've got a Nikon D40 (no AF motor) and its kit 18-55mm lens. I'd like something a bit wider, it's mainly landscape photos I take. My budget is around €150, can stretch to €200.

The autofocus isn't a dealbreaker for me, I can take my time and manually focus if need be. Sharpness would be nice.

I don't think you will be able to get anything wider than 18mm for your budget even secondhand.
Things like sigmas 10-20, tokina 12-24 etc. are 350+ on ebay.
