    I got a fillet of sea bass in this afternoon, feeling a bit peckish and Ive got the place to myself. Havent a clue what to serve with it. All ideas welcome.:)

    It's nice to put it in the oven wrap in tin foil, olive oil, salt and pepper. Then serve with cous cous and peas

    if you shave some fresh fennel on a mandolin, very thin, toss it in pernod with some salt and black pepper and leave it to sit for a few hours.

    make a black olive tapenade and some sweet potato puree.


    fry your fillet of bass skin side down for 1.5 mins, grill with skin side up for 3. (obviously adjust times to suit your hob/grill) serve on sweet potatoe puree, black olive tapenade and some fennel slaw on top.
