    Hello.

Just looking for advice on insulating upstairs where we have bedrooms. (10 year old house)
Rooms get cold at night. Overhead the upstairs room is already insulated with fibreglass, and pitch roof in rooms has that "accordion" aeroboard.

In the crawlspace, should I insulate the studded partitions (room walls) with Kingspan slabs, and put fibreglass on the ceiling between the joists, or opt instead for insulating the pitched roof part of that area with the latest foil based products - in effect heating the crawlspace?

    Thanks.
