Bloke lives around my area from Ukraine. Dead sound so he is, and his name sounds so very epic: Vyanchislav Mylash. Very Bond-villain I think. Plus he kinda looks like the henchman Mr. Stamper from 'Tomorrow Never Dies'.

Some other names I think sound savage:

-Jussi Jääskeläinen: Bolton Wanderers F.C. goalkeeper. What a name!

-Stephen Luke Loelius: Friend of a friend from America.

-Trent Steel: Character on 'The Simpsons'

-Lewis Dodgson: main antagonist in the 'Jurassic Park' novels.

-Dashiell: I just think this is a cool first name.

-Hugh Stamp: henchman for villain in a 'Mission: Impossible' movie.
