Just wondering if anyone would have the butterflied leg of lamb receipe from Catherine's Italian Kitchen. It was shown on RTE a couple of weeks ago and I have only now gotten around to looking up the receipe on RTE.ie but I can't find it. It was made with rosemary and garlic. Thanks

Hi,
How about getting on to the Ballyknockane cookery school web site for the cookery school which she runs. I Know a good one for lamb with rosemary and garlic if that fails.
