    Eircom now have support via Twitter. My brother contacted them midweek, and recieved a phonecall within 10 minutes from the support team. They managed to fix my 90-100ms latency problems straight away. Now getting 50-60ms with little packet loss.

    They dont operate weekends, but its a fantastic idea IMO.
