Reschedule DTT?

    Hey, I'm just wondering if I can reschedule my Driving Theory Test and not have to pay the full fee to reschedule? I messed up my plans, and have two interviews at the same time on the same same stupid day. I feel like and idiot!

    I looked all over the Theory website and Google'd for half an hour but I couldn't find any links or anything.
