When you're on any normal page, there's a link to modutils in the blue bar that runs along the bottom of the page. This is handy, it's pretty much the only link to modutils that I use. The problem is that this link isn't in the blue bar at the bottom of the page when you're on your subbed forums page (the page that shows all of the threads in your subbed forums). This is annoying because that's the page I use most. Any chance of getting a link to modutils on that page too?

I know it's only a tiny suggestion, and it's not even that important, but I just thought I'd throw it out there.
