    Sorry to buck the current trend and start a thread actually about things happening on the golf course, but Harrington is leading on -6 and McDowell is 10th on -1.

    harrington was never ever in with a shout, incredible chip in on 16 but he was always too far behind. Furyk made an incredible putt on 17 from about 30 feet to save par and then stuck a nine iron into about 7 feet on 18 to make birdie. Westwood needed to birdie 18 but missed his birdie putt from off the green about 25 feet...then missed the one back to make bogey.

    incredible course and fantastic tournament, 3 par 5's on the back 9 (all reachable), huge changes of elevation and the most ridiculous bunker I have ever seen on 17. It must be 15 yards below the putting surface with a front hole location. Furyk got up and down out of it......
