We were given a single underground garage fob for the apartment we just moved into, and it's proving difficult to get a 2nd fob from the management company. Have looked into the fob and RX unit on the wall in the garage, I found the manual and the instructions on how to code in a new fob (which I can order for about €35). The only problem is there's a key that needs to be turned on the unit (Radial Key Lock Switch) to allow the user to register a new fob. I don't have the key (management company does I guess).
I'm thinking it's probably some off-the-shelf component, and it seems to be a 2 position 90-degree key.
The RX unit is a Cardin S435 D00. The manual (with schematic showing Key) is here:
    http://www.cardin.it/gfx/archivio/pdf/zvl248.05.pdf

The key lock switch does actually display the arrow as indicated in the schematic, but I cannot seem to find a lock switch online with the arrow marking. Does anyone have any idea what it might be?

would you like others to be able to bypass the security in the same way that you propose ?

blag their way into the car park and then they can sign up a key for use sometime next year

check with the management company again, ask what the procedure is if a key is lost - they will probably disable the missing one , but it should give you an idea of the costs and timescales involved when you ask again

alternatively check with the residents assocaition to see if they can help , maybe others want keys too / or may be there is a policy involved,
