Just a quick note to thank the members of this forum.

I'm a C2W commuting fred whose been lurking for a while and I've found the passion, useful advice and lack of snobbery around here to be very encouraging. It's helped me get back on the bike after about 8 years and I'm loving it.

    Big up! :)

+1, been spying in these parts for ages and just bought my first bike today. Legs are sore after a short journey but can't wait to get out on it again!

Can't wait for the retraction thread in six months time  when you're credit card is maxed, your O/H has left you and you find eating energy gels as a handy alternative to a proper breakfast.
