    Hi,

I just finished setting up and configuring my new Iphone 3GS. Everything is now the way I want it, and am now thinking about the best way of backing everything up.

What's the best approach to backup my Itunes and my Iphone Contacts/Settings etc. to my external NAS drive, so that I will be able to get everything back quickly in case something goes wrong.

My Itunes folders are not yet very big, as the actual music is all stored on my NAS Drive.

    Cheers,
    DubDani

there is no need for that, once you sync everything is backed up on Itunes so if anything goes wrong then Just restore it and you will have everything (even apps) apart from jaibroken apps.
