Hair mascara type stuff..

    Got my highlights done last week in honour of the upcoming Christmas work party but they didn't do a great job to be honest and when I have it pulled up (a la hair party 'do) it's still a bit 'could have at least got her roots done' looking. :rolleyes:
    Is there anything I can do about it to temporarily 'lighten up' so to speak like hair mascara type stuff or somesuch? I doubt there is but I thought I'd ask the experts! ;)

    they have hair mascara root touch ups in avon , not to sure what colours they have

    I'd go back to the bloody hairdressers and get them to do it again.

    I HATE that sh*t. It costs a bloody fortune to get highlights and then they don't do your roots! Grrr!

    I agree.

    A girl I work with got her hair done and when she put it up noticed it looked like her roots under hadn't been done so she went back and they did the whole thing again.

    You paid for a service, it wasn't carried out to the required standard, go back and get what you handed your money over for!!

    Thanks guys, I probably will, but won't get time before the party, hence the look for a quick fix. :(

    At a Christmas party, I've a funny feeling people may be slightly more preoccupied with drinking copious amounts of alcohol and photocopying their bums than look at your probably-no-longer-than-an-inch-roots. Wear it up. If your roots are your only hang up about your appearance, you're doing well.
