Investing in Chinese real estate

Chinese property is still in boom times and because of the unique demographics (massive migration from the countryside to the big cities) places like Beijing, Tianjin and Guangzhou are having solid price rises year on year and its hard to see that stopping any time soon. Guangzhou, which i am pretty familiar with, is basically exploding , the amount of construction work and people there is insane. Leave there and come back six months later and there will be a completed 40 story skyscraper where there was waste ground before, it has to be seen to be believed.

Now, my fiancée is Chinese and i could invest in various property funds there in her name but I am concerned about bringing that money back here.
Are there any funds or investment opportunities that people are aware of that we can do as westerners in the Chinese market from Ireland?

    CGDI
    http://www.google.com/finance?q=cgdi

CGDI is cheap right now but i am in no way recommending it and i know very little about it. It has an earnings report out soon which might have a positive effect on the share price.

    CHLN
    http://www.google.com/finance?q=chln
Its relatively cheap right now and a respectable stock. It was as high as $7 i in august but fell after a warrant on its stock price sent it flying down to $3.00.
It has however back on track with great earings, again i am not certain if this warrant issue will ever resurface but if it doesnt then this is set for $10.

This quarter was great and the conference calls are very optimistic.

All available on Nasdaq and OTC.

Thanks Pirelli, those are very intersting.
I would prefer to stick with places i know and have friends there to give me current information. Beijing, Tianjin and Guangzhou is where I would like focus on as i know these cities and know people in them more importantly
Stocks based in companies in these areas would be what i want, not asking for much haha!

CGDI is located only a couple of hundred miles away in Taiyuan, Shanxi, China.

CHLN is located in an important part of china with excellent land prices.
