How are these 2 sites for returning/fixing if there is anything wrong?

Be very very careful with Pixmania. There are so many horror stories of them after things go wrong with their products. Im sure a simple search on boards.ie or google will give you loads. I had solicitors after them last year! Horrible!

Not sure about the other one as I have no experience with them.

coll, try and get physical access to these before buying, one or other of them has a really awful keyboard, totally flat keys.

You might not think that is important, but when you try and focus on typing on a totally flat keyboard, you'll see how annoying it is.

And let us know which one ya pick! :D

I am about to buy one now, was and still am looking at the 1410. Will do a bit more research and then decide!

Awful keyboard. PC World in the Jervis Street Shopping Center have both on the shop floor.

For a few extra euro I would go for the Acer 1810tz, like the 1410 but with a much better processor.

These laptops are very highly regarded. I got one the other day and I love it!
