I'm turning 40!!!

I'm turning 40 in about 2 days and I'll be getting a brand spanking new Level 40 M16A4 (Assault Rifle)!

I'm currently using FAMAS with Bling-Pro. Is the M16A4 that much better that I should drop the FAMAS and start unlocking everything for the new gun or should I wait for an even better assault rifle and just level up with my sniper rifle instead?

It seems alot of people are using the M16A4.

The M16 is my weapon of choice but its not exactly run and gun, if you miss with the first burst at mid to close range its game over. Its amazing at long range tho!

Happy Birthday,

You do see a lot of those lying around alright, are they burst fire or full auto? Im not a fan of burst, powerful if on target but disaster if not, talk about showing your hand!

Burst, not sure if the fire rate is higher than the FAMAS though.

Personally I hate the M16

ACR is the way to go IMHO

not a fan of the m16 myself, 3 round burst guns just dont do it for me. M4 with bling is what im really loving at the moment.

I was excited about getting the m16 as well but its not a patch on the cod4 version.

got 40 the other night and tried the M16A i wasn't impressed it is very good at long range but up close it is to slow a fire rate i still like the TAR-21 or the SCAR-H.
I didn't like the FAMAS that much at all but i've seen allot of ACRs around for guys i kills and i'm looking forward to trying that.

I like the m16 but only on some maps! Not good for up close and personal!

The SCAR is great but I hate the low ammo level. Am a bit of a sprayer so need more ammo. I like the FAMAS but I am not good with the 3-round burst. So its M4 or ACR for my ability/playstyle.

I use the M16 if I'm going to take measured shots at people. I have to say I did love using it on MW1 with double tap and the acog scope. It was great for the headshots.

Otherwise.. the M4 has a huge magazine of rounds, but the Scar H is my favourite weapon despite the small magazine. I have it as my first weapon on two of my classes.
For secondary weapon I use the AA12 or GC18(great little weapon).

I tried the M4 for a while but despite the crap loads of rounds I was firing off I wasn't getting kills.
