From all the wrong doings that have been highlighted over the last week or so there are people asking why they aren't losing their jobs. Who cares about their jobs, I want to know why no one has been proscuted? Or why there isn't any mention of a case being put together?

Dozens have been prosecuted. Other cases are before the courts.

In others, one of the parties or witnesses may not be available or too long has passed to make a prosecution practical.
