Incentives for paying sub on time

Just wondering do any clubs offer an incentive for paying your sub on time.I was speaking to a friend of mine and in his club everyone who pays up in full and on time goes into a draw for one year's free membership also in my own club there are a few members who still have not cleared there bills for this year and bearing in mind that next years sub is due in Feb.Allowances have to made to genuine members who have hit hard times but I know for a fact that the winner of our Captains prize still owed over half his sub 5 months later when he won our Captains prize , and is still enjoying full privilges of the club and is making very little effort to clear his dues.I have always paid my sub on time(so far thank god)as well as the majority of other members and feel that if you cant/dont pay up after 3-4 months you should discretly be asked not to play in competition but still be allowed play on the course and review the situation after 6/9 months

Don’t think the club I play out of have even heard of incentives for paying your sub on time, either all in one go or pay it in instalments but at something like 5% interest. In other clubs like Carton House you get 4 green fee vouchers, a nights stay in a hotel and the likes!

If you dont pay on time in my place you arent a member anymore!
They have two options, all up front (for which you get a fourball voucher) or by DD for the next 10 months.
    Seems to work well.

If you pay up front in mine and before set date you get 12 green fees.

My club has a free draw for your membership back for all members who pay their sub in full before a certain date.

As for still owing money and winning Captain's Prize - one word...wow!

If we haven't paid our sub by March 17th then we are barred from participating in competitions.

i haven't got mine either. Payed by DD last year so maybe they will just continue it.

Am half thinking of changing clubs anyway.
