    Hi,
do you guys have any experience or name of coaches based in Ireland. I am looking for a coach to help me focus and develop a training plan for Ironman France next year.

    Thanks,

Seb Locteau of runireland.com is a coach in the west and covers a lot of ground - maybe not south east but he might know someone..

There is no coach that I know of in the south east (I am limited in that area) but I have a buddy who did IMF twice living in Waterford. Will ask him. Will get back to you.
