Portable Media Players ---> Apple Media Devices

Assuming you have the Podcasts downloaded under Podcasts in iTunes, and with the iPod connected, go to the device page, Podcasts tab. Check the boxes: "Sync Podcasts" and automatically include "all unplayed podcasts".

That should do it. If it doesn't, we need more details, like where the podcasts are, and what you've done.

You are the type of what the age is searching for, and what it is afraid it has found. I am so glad that you have never done anything, never carved a statue, or painted a picture, or produced anything outside of yourself! Life has been your art. You have set yourself to music. Your days are your sonnets.
