    Hi there

Just wondering what time period is used/calculated for tax refunds that are due on leaving Ireland in October 2009?

I am looking to get a tax rebate for tax paid in Ireland and just wondering do they just calculate it on the current year or previous years also? Whats the criteria?

    Thanks

    Bopsy

Hi, afaik its calculated on the current tax year, you'll need to fill out a form P50 and send it to revenue and you have the option of receiving rebate by cheque or by bank transfer
