I have been to Fatboy Slim and Slane this year already and on both occasions people were complaining like the above poster. In fairness there was a bit of a scumy crowd at both concerts but I didnt take any notice of them and they didnt take any notice of me. Everyone just seemed to be there to have a good time, off their faces or otherwise.

I have been to the last two gigs, the one in the point was better than the one in westmeath mainly because the effects work better, both times there has been a wide variety of stereotypical looks, but neither me or any of my friends have ever had any trouble with anyone at them, every is jus drunk or stoned or whatever, all of them having a good time, well worth 55 euro and I paid like 75 i think to see him in westmeath before recession hit lol

i went when i was 16, bothered to order fake ids of the internet and everything, i didn't see them check one person for id, they were too worried about drugs getting in, but as far as i remember they did actually check for id at the bar when your ordering drinks so whichever one of you is 18 will be getting all the drinks lol, cant wait to go!
