    The pros and cons are discussed in the other thread so here I'd like to have some real figures with regard to what actually people prefer when taking up Mortgage. I want to reiterate that this poll is only for the Insurance options required for the Mortgage approval so please don't vote if either cover was taken for any other reason. Thanks a million:)

    Despite all banks/insurers' attempts to convince how beneficial LA is, most still seem to prefer MP :)
