Desperately need to get my make-up done in Dublin city centre this saturday for a very important party I'm going to.

Have already rang MAC, Armani and Bobbi Brown in Brown Thomas who are all booked out. Also tried MAC in Dundrum.

    Anyone any other ideas?

    Thanks!!

Apparently MAC in Dundrum is booked up 3 months in advance on a Saturday-madness!!

Have you tried any of the make up counters in Debenhams, Arnotts, Clerys? Or House of Fraser & Harvey Nichols in Dundrum?

Any recommendations for other make-up brands?

I would try maybe Armani, Chanel or Dior! They would probably be your best bet!

You could also try Benefit although I wasnt overly impressed when I got my make up done there!!

Oh just remembered you could also try Brown Sugar on South William St

How much does it cost to get make-up done?

Rang half of Dublin this morning, absolutely everywhere booked out. Eventually got a booking in Faces Cosmetics in Swords, anyone ever heard of them?

It's €25 for make-up which is redeemable off their products...

You could also have searched for freelance make up artists online or something. I've only had my make up done twice but when it was done by a freelance artist she actually listened to what I wanted and because she wasn't working on a counter she wasn't trying to push any products on me. :)
