Sunday is on the docket, and you mark whether you work it or not. It does not come into consideration for the SW week however.

this is actually something i have been meaning to ask actually, is this true for sure?? when i filled out forms at the start of opening my claim one of them was for my employer to fill out which asked if sunday was a day of employment for me? he said yes because it is.
does anyone know if sunday is still not counted in this case?

They want to know if you work Sunday or not. However, whether you work sunday or not should not affect your payments.
