UFH air in one heating zone/loop

Anyone familiar with a situation which can occur in UFH systems (ours is Unitherm) whereby air is present in one of the heating loops ?
I had this problem last year and the plumber (who I can't get a hold of in the last few days) seemed to sort it out.

I can see on the valve heads (which contain flowmeters) for one of the rooms loops has some air at the top part of the little cylindrical flowmeter.
Is there a procedure for bleeding air from the manifold ?
The one bedroom is not coming up to temp.

One guess would be that maybe I have to close off the valves on the manifold for all but the problem zone and release air via the bleeder valve at the elbow of the manifold.

I'll try and get a hold of the plumber. Am I being silly trying to even attempt this DIY ?
