PH heating system advice

We are planning on building a PH certified house early next year. We’ve done the PHPP , the design passed so the house should come in with a very low heating / DHW requirement. We’ve taken as given that there will be about 8sqm of solar thermal panel and UF in a limited number of rooms.

However I need to get advice from people who have practical experience of using pellet boiler / A to W heat pumps / large stratified tanks etc..to see what they are like in terms of running costs, reliability, good brands size etc…. it may sound like sacrilege, but we would even consider a gas combi boiler unit due to reliability.

    Many thanks
