khmountain. help.

Hey guys ive ordered my we_hi_capa from khmountain.
Im getting very annoyed.

Fri 13th november ordered.
Wed 18th november got an email saying that it was being ready to be packed and that my tracking number would be sent to me later.
Same day got another email saying sent out to process.
Now i dont know if that means that its opn its way or if hes getting it ready or what
I ordered by ems, which is courier i think?

I sent them an email 2 days ago to ask what was going on and about a week before i sent them one aswell. No answer.
Ill be waiting 3 weeks friday now.

Any advice would be grateful,

I ordered a few small bits from KHM a few months back an the delivery was pretty slow. Was 3-4 weeks, but can't complain, as it was dirt cheap. Didn't get my tracking no til the day before the package arrived either. I'd say hang tough for another week or so, It's a bit of a case of you get what you pay for. Dirt cheap shipping = snail mail I'm afraid..

Christmas time, mail always slows down.
It's all those letters to Santa.

ordered from them recently.
two weeks after payment they still had the order as 'processing'.
didnt reply to any emails,so i opened a dispute via paypal.
that got them talking,and they sent the item soon after.
cheap is a bit of an understatement though.

they are jokers, very cheap and they ship using hong kong post but be warned they can screw you around - once ordered from them and it took a couple of weeks of emails for them to eventually admit that they did not have the aeg i ordered in stock. and they can be crap replying to mails,

but if your not in a rush and they dont mess the order up your fine.

Hey guys thanks for all the help.
Johnnytiitlips was it two weeks after the order that you opened the dispute? And how did you do it contact paypal?
Its just really after annoying me as it is my first and last(with the ban looming overhead)import.

yeah,twas about 2 weeks and i still heard nothing.
if you payed via paypal,then go into it
and look for the resolution centre.
inside,and theres a section to open disputes.
its a pretty straightforward process
