I know the application for consent to enter into the PPC 1 asks whether the applicant has a criminal record or has had the Probation Act applied to any charge. If someone has had the latter applied to a charge of basically piddling down a laneway about 10 years ago will that prohibit that person's chances of being admitted into Blackhall?
