Have I got this right? Descriptions of the mind/learning mechanisms

    "Content-dependent" psychological mechanisms describes mechanisms or mental modules that are influenced by or directed at actual things in the environment itself (input from other people and the environment that shaped decision rules), whereas "domain-general" is a description of a kind of learning computer which deals with novel, non-recurring input?

    And "content-dependent" is the same as "domain-specific", right?
