SEO On Page Optimisation Tools

Hi all, Anyone know of a decent online SEO page optimisation tool that checks stuff like meta tag relevance, keyword prominence, weight, no. of links etc. etc. I used one before which worked quite well but can't, for the life of me, find it!

All things that don't work? Its amazing how well 1990's technology is still alive in people's minds a decade later even though they dont count
