Is there any reduction for these , both the old and the new, e.g. Lexus GS450H and LS600h ... or did there use to be ?

No reduction in motor tax. There used to be a 50% rebate on the VRT - that's down to €2,500 now so made a big difference to the costs in July last year.

The RX450h in 2wd now costs €156 per year to tax I think.
