    i met the welfare inspector 8 weeks ago to c cud i add my child to my jb and he said i was entitled to it and wud get backpaid.
    so i went to local office and filled out forms
    i have heard nothing from thm since,is this normal??

    People here tend to have an aversion to text speak so he said "I don’t know, maybe you should text them" in text speak to try mock you.

    Although his basic idea is probably best, can you try and contact them to find out what the situation is?
