What kind of lighting do you have, is there any street lighting etc.
Some of these cameras have a pot for adjusting the lux level at which the camera switches to B&W. Does it change over to B&W at night time or is it staying in colour

There is pretty much no lighting, and it is black and white at night. I do not see ant light from the leds.

You won't see any light from the leds, only a red glow. If you get a camera phone and point it at the camera you will see the light from it. If you se nothing then you may have a dodgy camera

Sorry, I meant that I do not see any red glow from the camera, I do from the other ones.

There are two of them, I would never be that unlucky!

If there is no red glow and you have checked both the psu and the pot for adjusting the leds then you more than likely have a dodgy camera/cameras

Its worth noting before you rip this out that most of this style of camera have a very simple connecter inside which is easy to get at. This connector goes from the Main PCB on the camera to the IR LEDs and the LRD. As these cameras have been shipped in a container from most likely china then transported this connector can become loose. Sometimes I have to disconnect the IR as its not always suitable. So if you unscrew the front lens you will get access to the PCB and there will be a very obvious 2 wire or 4 wire cable connectng the LEDs.. Disconnect it and reconnect it. The with the power on cover the LDR and you will either see the glow of the IRs or not even in daylight up close.

If that doesnt work, return it im afraid. And ya you could be that lucky, these are cheaply made cameras, Ive seen a lot of them die after only 14 months. Im seeing a lot of that lately especially Ganz, which is odd because they look very well built.

Anyways let us know how you get on..
