Pointers?

Hey, This is probably going to sound pretty stupid but just thought I 'd see if any one has advice.

Basically I have a friend of one of my mates coming up for a meal later, there'll be a few of us there, the thing is she knows I am into her and its been said that she is into me also....which is great, my only problem is the fact that there'll be a few of us arounf tonight and i don't want to let it pass without at least getting a number or suggesting a meet up with just the 2 of us,...I have a history of blowing these kind of things by waiting and waiting for the right time until its too late

Now ive only met her once but it has been said that she has been asking about me recently and I should say that toniight is really a covert operation to get us together on the part of my mate (her friend also by the way)

If it pans out and th opportunity arises thats fine but id be interested if anyone has any ideas on how to manufacture such an opportunity .i.e. getting her alone or whatever, what also makes it a bit tricky is that everyone there is going to know the story and I am sure will be watching my every move....kinda intimidating in itself, so????

Don't try to get her alone, just go to the bathroom 3 minutes after she goes and you should see her on the way out....unless she takes a poo :P.....then ask her can you get her number.

OR

End of the night before you leave ask her OBVIOUSLY in front of everyone can you talk to her alone for a minute. Ask obviously so that you won't chicken out. Then ask her out.

There are hundreds of ways this can go down, none of us will be there to be able to read the situation. See if you can be seated next to or across from her!! Then just let yourself go, don't try to hold back on what you say, and don't be nervous or at least try not to be!!

Chances are if your friends are going for a set-up, they will make it happen anyway!!

just be comfortable and ask her for her number. she will be impressed and i doubt she would turn it down. if all else fails,you can get it from a friend and phone her later.
