Thermal-Break Aluminium Windows

I have thermal break aluminium windows approx. 15 years old. During the recent storms I noticed that there were draughts from a lot of these windows. Is it worth getting someone out to "service" these, ie., replace seals, check hinges, etc. or am I looking at replacing the windows entirely. Don't have a lot of disposable cash so don't want to waste money on repairs if they will not be successful.
